Thank you for shopping with Shakun. We value your trust and aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
Payment & Order Policy
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. We currently offer prepaid orders only.
All offers and promotional discounts are exclusively for first-time buyers.
Exchange & Replacement Policy
We understand that finding the perfect fit is important. If the size of the item you ordered
doesn't suit you, we offer flexible options:
1. Size Exchange:
You may exchange the item for another size of the same product (subject to availability).
2. Product Replacement:
If the required size is unavailable, you may:
o Choose another item of equal or higher value (by paying the difference).
o Note: We do not offer refunds or credit notes.
3. Conditions for Exchange:
o Item must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition.
o Tags and original packaging must be intact.
o Request for exchange must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 working days from the date of order
confirmation.
Once dispatched, the timeline for delivery is based on the shipping partner &
schedule, which may vary based on location.
You will receive tracking details once the order has been handed over to the courier
service.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the product is found to be used,
damaged, or without original tags/packaging.
Shakun reserves the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet our policy terms.
We currently do not accept international orders or exchanges.
